Refund and Replacement Policy
Mission Passport, Inc. will replace any item purchased within 60 days from the date the customer receives the item, where the return is due to a manufacturing defect in the item. Mission Passport, Inc. will provide a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of purchase, provided that the item is returned unused, and in original condition.

Warranty
Mission Passport, Inc. (“Seller”) warrants that the items delivered to the customer will be as shown on its web site, and in new condition. SELLER MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WITH REGARD TO ANY ITEMS OFFERED FOR SALE. THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND OF ANY OTHER OBLIGATION ON THE PART OF THE SELLER. SELLER'S SOLE LIABILITY AND BUYER'S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE ITEMS. SELLER SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHETHER ON THEORIES OF NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, MISREPRESENTATION OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

Any dispute arising out of the purchase of Seller’s goods shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue for any litigation brought hereunder shall be Seminole County, Florida. RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY IS EXPRESSLY WAIVED.

Shipping

  1. Shipping charges for all orders to one address are a flat $3.95.
  2. Shipping and handling charges are waived when items are purchased at a Mission Passport party.
  3. Products will be shipped via UPS Ground and will arrive within 3-5 business days of order in most cases.
